Wheel of the Year Club
Announcing Yarnscape’s inaugural yarn/fibre club! And, true to form, I’m not doing anything half-way: whether you are an avid sock knitter, a lace afficionado or a spinner who just can’t stop, there is an option here to suit you.
The Wheel of the Year club will deliver luscious, exclusive colours to your doorstep all year round. Inspired by the turning of the seasons, the full version of the club will run for a year, and will deliver eight beautiful, seasonally inspired packages to your door. If eight installments is too much commitment for you right now, I’m also offering a six month (four deliveries) option, with priority signup for the next six months if you want to continue. We’re nearly halfway through the year! I’m now accepting subscriptions for the second half of the year. The first shipment will be for May Day, so the remaining delivery dates are as follows:
- May 1 (May Day)
- June 21 (Midsummer)
- August 2 (Lammas, or First Harvest)
- September 21 (Autumn Equinox)
I’m also offering a ‘double up’ option, for people who prefer larger projects, which gives you a substantial discount compared to taking out two separate subscriptions.

The Spinner’s Wheel of the Year club
- Receive four deliveries of fine and luxury fibres, dyed in seasonally inspired colourways.
- Each delivery will contain 100g fibre, usually roving, occasionally batts. Fibres will vary, but will always be fabulous, and may include various wools, silk, alpaca, tencel and others (I never use cashmere).
- Fibre allergies and preferences will be catered for, but this club will not be suitable for people with wool allergies.
- Double-up option available
The Sock Knitter’s Wheel of the Year club
- Receive four deliveries of sock and 4-ply yarns, dyed in seasonally inspired colourways.
- Each delivery will contain 100g yarn, easily enough to knit a pair of socks. The base yarn will vary (but will always be delicious!) – currently, all my sock yarns include superwash wool and are machine washable. Additional fibres may include silk, alpaca, tencel and others (I never use cashmere).
- Fibre allergies and preferences will be catered for where possible, but this club will not be suitable for people with wool allergies.
- Double-up option available.
The Lace Knitter’s Wheel of the Year club
- Receive four deliveries of lace weight yarns, dyed in seasonally inspired colourways.
- Each delivery will contain one or two skeins of lace weight yarn, with an overall minimum yardage of 500m – easily enough to knit a scarf or shawlette. My lace yarns are the most varied of these collections, varying from ultrafine to something just thinner than fingering weight. Fibres used in the yarns may include various wools, silk, mohair, alpaca, angora, tencel and others (I never use cashmere).
- Fibre allergies and preferences will be catered for where possible, but this club will not be suitable for people with wool allergies.
